Green Juice Recipe

This green juice recipe is an easy, homemade way to pack in the benefits of fresh fruits and veggies using simple ingredients. It’s a nutritious drink that supports detox without the fuss.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of curly Kale washed
  • 4 apples washed and chopped
  • 1 oz of ginger
  • 1 English cucumber chopped
  • 1 lemon peeled

Equipment

  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Pitcher
  • Large spoon

Method
 

  1. Wash fruit and vegetables. To remove wax from the skin of the apples and cucumbers you can use a small amount of baking soda and warm water to soak them first.
  2. Cut fruit into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Run each piece through the juicer.
  4. Mix juice well in a pitcher with a large spoon.
  5. Serve juice on ice.
